The Innis Arden Clubhouse is also available for Innis Arden residents to rent up to one year in advance of event date, based on availability.
2025 Clubhouse Rental Rates:
Standard Rental Rate (over 3-hrs)
*New Short-Term rental option is limited use. Complete rental access time is 3-hours and facility is to be left "rental ready" upon departure. Any cleaning or other work required after 3-hour rental time will result in loss of deposit. The Short-Term rental is perfect for monthly small group/club meetings, weekly exercise classes, or similar. Contact us for more info about this new rental option!

PLEASE NOTE: If your event at the Innis Arden Clubhouse includes alcohol consumption, you are required to obtain a 1-day Alcohol Rider policy (adding $1M liability protection) from an insurance carrier of your choosing for the date(s) of your event. The typical cost of such riders is $100-$200/event. Please refer to the Alcohol Rider Policy & Requirements Guide HERE
It may also be required that you apply for a $10 banquet permit through the State of Washington. For requirements and online permits, please see http://liq.wa.gov/licensing/banquet-permits
