Innis Arden is home to nearly 50 acres of forested land in 7 locations, maintained by Innis Arden Club.

Known as The Reserves, these areas feature native vegetation and wildlife, well-maintained walking trails, and gated access to a private beach. 

​The Reserves include:

• Eagle Reserve
• Blue Heron Reserve
• Running Water Reserve
• Grouse Reserve
• Bear Reserve
• Coyote Reserve
• Boeing Creek Reserve (locked/gated trail entrance and shared with the Highlands community)​

Innis Arden is also home to the City of Shoreline Innis Arden Reserve Park located inside Innis Arden with a public entrance on 15th Ave.
