The Innis Arden Clubhouse is available to Innis Arden residents to rent up to one year in advance of event date, based on availability.
2025 Clubhouse Rental Rates:
Standard Rate (over 3-hrs)
To begin the process, see Neighborhood Events Calendar to confirm the clubhouse is available for your desired event date(s).
To submit a clubhouse reservation application online, fill-out and sign the appropriate application below, then sign in to your owners portal account, click on Clubhouse Reservation Request +New Submission, upload your completed application and press submit.

PLEASE NOTE: If your event includes serving alcohol, you are required to obtain an Alcohol Rider policy (adding $1M liability protection) from an insurance carrier of your choosing for the date(s) of your event. The typical cost of such riders are $100-$200/event.
It may also be required that you apply for a $10 banquet permit through the State of Washington. For requirements and online permits, please see http://liq.wa.gov/licensing/banquet-permits
